Tone Your Asana

 Sessions: July 15- August 19 

Muscle meets Yoga in this yoga toning series; get a total body workout! This class will combine the use of light free weights, cardio, with traditional Vinyasa Yoga postures to help build lean muscle mass and boost metabolism. Tone your body, calm your mind, and find balance in this fun, challenging series! Class is set to fun, up-beat music! Please bring yoga mat, towel, and water; weights are provided. Led by Michelle Grimes.

A strong core equals a stronger, healthier body! Focus will be on isolating the Transverse and Rectus abdominal muscles to strengthen the belly, help relieve back pain, improve balance and posture. Please bring a Yoga mat. Led by Michelle Grimes. All levels welcome! 

Yoga For Weight Loss

Meets twice a week at the Fit Room at Fairgrounds Park with Michelle Grimes. 

This series focuses on a strong mind-body connection, while toning the body and burning fat.Experience how yoga speeds up the metabolism and enhances self-awareness. Drop in for $10.

Restorative Yoga by Candle Light

Tuesdays, 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
6-week series: $65; Drop in: $15

Restorative yoga is the art of relaxation! This class is appropriate for anyone seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, nourishing practice. The combination of gentle and slow yoga aims to open the body and improve range of motion and joint mobility, while releasing stress and tension. Students with chronic conditions, injuries and arthritis are especially welcome to benefit from this class. All levels welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary. This therapeutic practice encourages peace of mind, and helps with managing pain and stress.
Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow to each class.
