The City of Hagerstown will host Fireworks at Fairgrounds Park on Tuesday, July 4, 2017.The annual Independence Day celebration will feature more than 15,000 firework shells to observe the holiday.
Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. and the fireworks show will start promptly at 9:30 p.m. Throughout the evening food vendors will be available for guests to enjoy snacks as you celebrate in one of Hagerstown's finest parks.
Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to Fairgrounds Park. Please remember that personal fireworks, alcoholic beverages, sparklers, remote controlled ground or aerial devices, and smoking are prohibited in all city parks. Only service animals are permitted in the festival area.

There will be a free shuttle service from downtown Hagerstown to Fairgrounds Park. Pick-up will be in the Central Parking Lot at 14 North Potomac Street, located near the Visitors Center.
Free parking at both downtown parking decks as well as all metered locations all day on July 4th.
Parking at Fairgrounds Park will open at 6:00 p.m., however space is limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
